My Sonic/FIIO Warranty Repair has become a black hole, you know the kind...

I had a FIIO X3II get the dreaded "not seen as storage" defect. Sonic said to ship it in and wait a month for a warranty repair. Now, almost 4 months later, my FIIO is not repaired not returned to me AND Sonic fails to escalate my situation to someone who cares OR even communicate with me about it any longer. I am severely used and disappointed and without my X3II for far too long! I am posting my experience here for you to be aware.
