Customers Beware! Do not order from this company!! I made a purchase on Nov. 30th and as of Dec. 22nd I have not received my item. Company only has one phone number for contact and 100% of the time it goes to a mailbox and you cannot make contact with any representative. I did manage to speak to one representative named David, but I wasn't given truthful information. I did look up their address and it is not listed as Ethan Jewelry. It was listed as a convenience store. I have already contacted by bank to try and recover my money and I am very lucky to have a brother in law that works with the secret service and an investigation will begin. I encourage anyone and everyone to remember,"If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is!" BUYER BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!!!!

We tried to contact you several times at 912-562-3572 to educate you on how diamonds are graded and what the different qualities and clarities are so that you can make a better and more informed decision even if you are not buying from us. When it comes to diamonds, you get what you pay for, so pay a little more and get something of good quality so you can be happy with it as opposed to being upset. We are always here to help
