They have a D rating after not even a year in business which may indicate this company doesn't really know what they are doing and just trying to capitalized on vulnerable timeshare owners desperate to get out of timeshare. And if you look at their reviews, they have two positive reviews and two negative reviews which means you have a 50/50 chance of being satisfied by their services. Now let me ask you this: is that a chance your willing to take when it comes to selling your timeshare to an unknown buyer that probably doesn't exist?

Erin's right. If they are giving you the run around like that, you should definitely file a complaint with the BBB. And the fact that someone different is calling you every time is not a good sign either.
